SE75426: RDI 9.6.0.10 LPEX HOVER HELP TEXT BALLOON DOES NOT PRESERVE COMMENTS FORMATTING IN ILE RPG SOURCE

Error description

• Editing ILE RPG source using the Remote Systems LPEX Editor in
  Rational Developer for i (RDI), hovering the mouse cursor over a
  symbol name a text balloon will appear which shows the type
  definition for the symbol, along with the comments that
  immediately preceded that symbol definition in the source.
  
  In the text balloon, extra spacing within the comment text
  source intended to format that text is not preserved; making the
  meaning of the comments harder to understand. That spacing
  layout should be preserved within the hover help text balloon.

  The white space may be removed when using the default font in
  hover text using HTML. Users time spent formatting text to make
  it easer to read, may be lost when using the comments in hover
  text.
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem is fixed in the RDi 9.6.0.11 update.
