Error description
Using Rational Developer for i (RDI) 9.6.0.8 to prompt the CL command PARM with a special value clause which supplies a negative number constant as the replacement value is incorrectly diagnosed as invalid and cannot be prompted in the CL prompter dialog. Eg. PARM KWD(Z) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(10) SPCVAL((*ABC -1)) PROMPT('Z')

Problem conclusion
This problem is fixed in the RDi 9.6.0.12 update.
