SE73190: RDI 9.6.0.7 D-SPECIFICATION WIZARD FOR STAND-ALONE FIELDS DOES NOT CORRECTLY INSERT CODE

Error description

• Using the D-Specification wizard for ILE RPG source in the
  Remote Systems LPEX Editor in Rational Developer for i (RDI)
  9.6.0.7 it will fail to insert code for stand-alone fields in
  fixed form and is missing the length in free form.
  

Local fix

• Insert the desired D-Specification manually
