Error description

• Editing ILE RPG source using the Remote System LPEX Edititor in
  Rational Developer for i (RDI) 9.6.0.6 the Content Assist
  proposals may not be complete. Specifically, Content Assist when
  prompted for %ELEM( ) used in a declaration in a procedure only
  lists completion proposals for declarations within the local
  procedure, and fails to include valid choices from the global
  program scope, which should also be included.
