Error description

• The RPG Outline view incorrectly reports the field size as zero
  for a field defined with CHAR(%LEN(FLD2), when FLD2 is defined
  with LIKE(FLD1).
  
  The outline view incorrectly reports CHAR(0) for FLD3:
  
        dcl-s FLD1 char(15);
        dcl-s FLD2 like(FLD1);
        dcl-s FLD3 char(%len(FLD2));
