SE71230: RDI 9.6.0.5 ILE RPG EXTPROC DEFINED WITH NO ARGUMENTS NOT HANDLED CORRECTLY BY THE PARSER AND CONTENT ASSIST

Error description

• Using the Remote Systems LPEX editor in Rational Developer for i
  (RDI) 9.6.0.5 to edit an ILE RPG source member containing source
  containing a definition such as:
  
  dcl-pr myproc extproc end-pr;
  myproc();
  return;
  
  it will be found that the outline will show the prototype for
  myproc but prompting for content assist does not find "myproc "
  and may result in an "Unhandled event loop exception" message in
  the workspace Error Log.
  

Local fix

• Enter the reference to the proc manually.
