SE70697: RDI 9.6.0 UNABLE TO ATTACH TO AND DEBUG AN OPM PROGRAM FOR WHICHSOURCE IS NOT AVAILABLE FAILS WITH CPF9588

Error description

• Using the debug GUI in Rational Developer for i (RDI) 9.6.0
  attempting to attach to and debug an OPM program on IBM i 7.3
  for which the source is not available fails with message CPF9588
  OPM source cannot be accessed.   This problem does not occur on
  IBM i 7.1.
