Error description

• Using the Remote System LPEX Editor in Rational Developer for i
  (RDI) 9.6.0.4 on Mac OS X the Find dialog may open as a tab
  rather than a dialog.  This will happen when "Prefer tabs when
  opening documents" is set to "Always" in System Preferences >
  Dock, every dialog (such as LPEX Editor Find dialog) is opened
  in a new tab.  This will also happen when RDI is maximized and
  the setting value is "Always" or the default of "In Full Screen
  Only".
  

Local fix

• Change the value for "Prefer tabs when opening documents" in
  System Preferences > Dock to be "Manually"
