Error Description

F/QQQSRVE1-MSGMCH1210-MOD/QQQOOOSETS hit on application. SQ is  
passing a VALS with a count of 5, but only 3 entries. This is  
only occurring when SQ is reusing the VALS, which implies that  
the vals were correct when first used. The failure always      
occurs after a descriptor space compression.

Problem Conclusion

The problem can occur with static UPDATE statements that are    
repeated. The problem is fixed with this PTF.
