Abstract

OSP-INCORROUT RARE SYSTEM TI WHEN VARYING OFF GEOGRAPHIC MIRROR
COPY IASP

Error Description

A previous fix exposed a long existing issue that causes a TI of
the system if one attempts to vary off a geographic mirror copy
IASP.

If the IASP terminates immediately due to the above reason, the
resulting SRC codes could like like the following:
1 SRCB6005121 B6005121 B600 5121
2 SRC00000061 00000061 0000 0061
3 SRC0002000A 0002000A 0002 000A
4 SRC00100013 00100013 0010 0013

IASP.

Problem Conclusion

Vary off path code was modified to send an appropriate escape
message rather than allowing the varyoff to proceed.
