OSP-INCORROUT JOB WATCHER FILE QAPYJWSTK, FIELD STACK

Error Description

The top (final) stack entry in field STACK of the QAPYJWSTK file
is incorrect.                                                  

Problem Summary

The top (final) stack entry in field STACK of the QAPYJWSTK file
is incorrect.                                                  

Problem Conclusion

The final two bytes of the top stack entry were being truncated
in field STACK.  They contained                                
blanks instead of their proper values.  This has been fixed.
