Abstract

OSP-BASEDIR-INCORROUT CWWKZ0404E AND CWWKZ0012I MSGS ARE THROWN
IN ADMIN2'S MESSAGES.LOG FILE CAUSING IWEBNAV APP NOT TO START

Error Description

When attempting to access the IBM Navigator for i web          
application via the https://<server>:2005/ibm/console URL, a    
"HTTP 404 - File Not Found for /ibm/console" error is returned  
to the browser.                                                
                                                               
The                                                            
/QIBM/UserData/OS/AdminInst/admin2/wlp/usr/servers/admin2/logs/m
essages.log file displays the CWWKZ0404E and CWWKZ0012I errors  
for the following iWebNav (IBM Navigator for i) application    
plugins:

COM.IBM.I5OS.WEBNAV.PLUGIN.CLUSTERSERVICES_1.0.0.JAR            
                                                               
Here is an example of the errors seens in the                  
/QIBM/UserData/OS/AdminInst/admin2/wlp/usr/servers/admin2/logs/m
essages.log file.                                              
                                                               
com.ibm.ws.app.manager.esa.internal.DeploySubsystemAction A    
CWWKZ0404E: An exception was generated when trying to resolve  
the contents of the application iWebNav. The exception text    
from the OSGi framework is: Unable to resolve IFileAdapter      
wrapping file with url                                          
file:/QIBM/ProdData/OS400/Navigator/appdata/iWebNav.eba/COM.IBM.
I5OS.HASM.SBG_1.0.0.JAR: missing requirement                    
org.apache.aries.subsystem.core.archive.ImportPackageRequirement
: namespace=osgi.wiring.package, attributes={},                
directives={filter=(&(osgi.wiring.package=com.ibm.ws.jsp.runtime
)(version>=0.0.0)), resolution=mandatory},                      
resource=IFileAdapter wrapping file with url                    
file:/QIBM/ProdData/OS400/Navigator/appdata/iWebNav.eba/COM.IBM.

application iWebNav was not started.                            
                                                               
The above errors are causing the IBM Navigator for i web        
application not to start properly.                              

Problem Summary

When attempting to access the IBM Navigator for i web          
application via the https://<server>:2005/ibm/console URL, a

The above errors are causing the IBM Navigator for i web        
application not to start properly.                              

Problem Conclusion

IBM Navigator for i server can not be started due to an        
incorrect version of PowerHA GUI bundle jar files. These jar    
files were not required by IBM 7.2 and later version. After this
fix, these jar files will be removed to avoid such error.
