During R720 to R730 upgrade, product 5770SS1 option 1 fails with
msgCPD43A7 f/QQQSRVV1 t/QSQCRTT "Period specification or period
clause for period SYSTEM_TIME not valid for query" for views
based on system catalogs.

This error can also be seen outside of an install for views
based on user created files.

Problem Conclusion

A flag in an SQL view was incorrectly set to indicate the view
contains a system-time period.   The checking and setting of
this flag is corrected.

This PTF is corrective.  Following the apply of this PTF, retry
the operation that caused the error message.

If the CPD43A7 message is seen in the SCPF joblog for the
upgrade from R720 to R730 no action is required for these views.
The operating system will correct the views the first time the
views access plan is rebuilt.
