Error description

• Importing a configuration into a workspace with Rational
  Developer for i (RDI) 9.5.0 that had been exported with RDI from
  another workspace may fail with a
  java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException if there is an empty
  JARLIST tag in a  database profile included in the
  configuration.
  

Local fix

• Remove any incomplete database connections before exporting the
  RDI configuration.
