Error Description
When we run
insert into somefile (blob) values
(QSYS2.GET_BLOB_FROM_FILE('someifsfile.xml'))
of a big xml file it fails with
MSGCPF503E F/QDBIOERRQO MOD/QDBIOERRQO PROC/SEND_MESSAGE
STMT/4120
T/same User-defined function error on member QSQPTABL.
RC1 The external program or service program returned SQLSTATE
58004.
