• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When RDI is used to open a DSPF DDS source member that contains
  a field with a length modifier such as +1 on a field where the
  base field length defined by a referenced field the length
  modifier is removed.  There is no error indication or message
  saying that the affected field(s) have been changed.
  
  RDI should not remove the length modifier automatically
  

Local fix

• Manually replace any removed length modifiers
