Error description

• When using RDI to verify an SQLRPGLE source member that contains
  a procedure that ends with a free-form EXEC SQL statement
  immediately followed by an END-PROC statement the verifier may
  incorrectly issue the following messages:
  
  RNF1502 The Procedure specification ending the previous
          procedure is missing.
  
  RNF5347 An assignment operator is expected with the EVAL
          operation.
  
  RNF7030 The name or indicator END is not defined.
