APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• To cause the error open the Application Diagram for a source or
  program.  Right-click on the root element in the diagram and
  open the properties.  In the properties change the drop-down at
  the top from "General" to  "Calls" or "Modules" and the error
  will occur.

  To cause the error, open the Application Diagram for a source or
  program.  Right-click on an  element in the diagram and
  open the properties.  In the properties change the drop-down at
  the top from section to another and the error
  will occur.  After dismissing the error, the application
  diagram will continue to function properly.
  

Problem conclusion

• When RDi moved to Eclipse 4.2 in version 9.0, this ability to
  use right click to bring up the properties from application
  diagram was automatically added.  Unfortunately some important
  initialization was not done when invoked in this way.  The
  problem has been addressed and the error will not reoccur.
