Error description

• In RDi 9.0.0.1, the auto completion of BEGSR does not result in
  an ENDSR if the BEGSR is in the middle of the free format RPG
  source.
  

Local fix

• Add BEGSR before /end-free line and the auto completion will add
  ENDSR
