OSP-OTHER-F/QYASPCACMD-T/IASP_DETCH-MSGCPFB717 CHGASPACT IS
GENERATING CPFB717 HOWEVER WRKCMTDFN IS EMPTY.

Error Description

A CHGASPACT to suspend access times out and doesn't complete.  
Message CPFB717 f/QYASPCACMD t/IASP_DETCH is issued in the      
joblog. A blank QPCMTCTL spool file is generated. WRKCMTDFN    
shows no open commits.                                          

Problem Summary
