Error description

• When loading or when a refresh of the outline is manually
  requested the parsing of the RPGLE source causes the error
  "Error building outline model for <source-name>.RPGLE"
  to be place in the workspace Error Log.
  
  The cause will be due to a NullPointerException:
  
  java.lang.NullPointerException
   at
  com.ibm.etools.iseries.rpgle.ui.RpgAstLabels.getDataTypeName(
  Unknown Source)
  
  This will occur when a referenced external file contains a
  field whose data type is not supported in RPG.
