Error description

• Rational Developer for Power Systems Software - RDp
  
  The client hangs in the debugger in the following scenario:
  Developper sets SEP. Then launches the program through the
  application. Debug starts.
  In the debug client check for breakpoints and remove BP
  in the BP view.
  Go to editor, and change the view to listing and back to debug
  view.
  Back in the editor, there is a Rectangle selection.  Alt-U is
  used to deselect.

  Some key caused a Hover action.  This Hover action is trying
  to evaluate the selected text (a very large buffer of text).
  The debug engine cannot handle this large amount of text for the
  hover action.
  
  The logs and dumps indicate that a Monitor Expression may have
  been the cause of the hover action.
  

Local fix

• Avoid using Monitor Expression
