Error description

• When creating a new promotion in the Promotions tool in
  Management Center, if sales catalog categories are specified in
  the category exclusion list, refreshing the promotion will show
  the sales category icon replaced with the master category icon.
  The promotion is stored correctly in the database; only the
  promotion editor view is affected.

• USERS AFFECTED:
  All users who use sales catalog categories in a category
  exclusion list and refresh the promotion.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Master category icon shows in Promotions tool exclusion list
  when Sales category icon should be shown.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  This issue may confuse business users when they create
  promotions which target a sales catalog category since on
  refresh they appear to be excluding a master catalog category.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• The GetCategoriesById.jsp which returns the client side category
  object was using an incorrect condition to identify the catalog
  type of the category. The catalog group services are updated to
  return the category type as well as the owning store and catalog
  details which the GetCategoriesById.jsp uses to return the
  correct client side object details.
