Error description

• A failure occurs when adding a product to a linked category in a
  sales catalog.
  
  Procedures/Steps to reproduce problem:
  Use 2 different sales catalogs in Management Center.
  Link a category from one sales catalog to the other.
  Add a product to the linked category and attempt to save.
  
  Observed Results:
  Save fails, error thrown:

  tion.BusinessObjectMediatorException:
  The category link synchronization could not be performed due to
  an unknown exception.
  
  Cause:
  Improper query entry in the following query template:
  wc-query-utilities.tpl
  The query entry can be found under the following sql statement:
  IBM_Insert_CreateCatalogGroupToCatalogEntryRelationsForSKUs.
  

Local fix

• Improper query entry in the following query template:
  wc-query-utilities.tpl
  The query entry can be found under the following sql statement:
  IBM_Insert_CreateCatalogGroupToCatalogEntryRelationsForSKUs.
  The third sql= statement block has to be changed by replacing
  this statement block with the second sql= statement block.

  WebSphere Commerce users of v7.0 running the iSeries OS
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Adding product to linked sales category throws error for
  iSeries.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:

Problem conclusion

• The following file is updated to fix the incorrect SQL statement
  to cast the catalog id and catgroup id as BIGINT values:
