Abstract

RPFT-MSGMCH1210-T/QPTITVRR PRTRSCRPT fails

Error Description

The Resource Report (PRTRSCRPT) fails with message MCH1210 if  
the average wait time per I/O or the average service time per  
I/O for an individual disk unit over a single interval is 1    
second or greater. The Disk Utilization Detail section is      
partially printed due to the error.                            

Problem Summary

The Resource Report (PRTRSCRPT) fails with message MCH1210 if  
the average wait time per I/O or the average service time per  
I/O for an individual disk unit over a single interval is 1    
second or greater. The Disk Utilization Detail section is      
partially printed due to the error.                            

Problem Conclusion

                                                               
The average wait time per I/O field and average service time per
I/O field for an individual disk unit over a single interval    
will display .9999 if the value is 1 second or greater.
