Abstract
MQM400 DEAD LETTER QUEUE HANDLER FAILS WITH CPF0001 AMQ8750
Error Description
STRMQMDLQ command fails with "CPF0001: Error found on STRMQMDLQ
command" and "AMQ8750: No valid input provided to STRMQMDLQ "
gets reported in the qmgr error logs.
Problem Summary

USERS AFFECTED:
Due to this error customer will not be able to start dead
letter queue handler using the native iSeries command STRMQMDLQ.

iSeries

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
File handle was not correctly initialised to the rule file. So
in absence of having a valid handle it fail to parse the rule
file.
Problem Conclusion
File handle is correctly initialised in this fix so that input
rule file can be parsed successfully. Result of it STRMQMDLQ
can start/run successfully.

The deadletter queue handler can be started from
QSH and can be used thus to process MQDLH messages.
Please follow the following steps to achieve this:
