• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This only happens if both:
  1) the first line is empty
  2) and the rule starts with the definitions of some variables
  
  For instance, a rule such as:
  ===
  
  definitions    set 'name' to the first name of the driver ;
  if
  the number of accidents the driver has been involved is less
  than 1
  then    add validation error: "The number of accidents for " +
  name + " cannot be less than 0" ;
  ===
  
  Note: only the Business Console is affected and not Rule
  Designer.
  

Local fix

• Remove any empty line at the beginning of the rule before
  formatting the text.
