RS03934: UNLOCK ICON DISPLAYED ON MOUSE HOVER WHEN MERGING LOCKED BRANCHES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When merging 2 branches with "Lock branching before merge"
  option enabled, an admin user can see the "Unlock this ..." icon
  on all rule artifacts.
  Unlocking the rule artifacts proceeds without error, the "Unlock
  this ..." then disappears but the rule artifacts remain locked.
  It is expected that you cannot unlock the rule artifacts when
  the branch is being locked for the merge but you should not be
  offered to unlock them : the "Unlock this ..." icon should not
  be visible.
