RS03804: Cannot generate report on project or on a query including a ruleflow in the Business Console

Error description

• Sometimes when generating a report on project or a query, the
  report is never generated. After clicking the "Click here" link
  In the Business Console report tab to get the report, a new tab
  will open with the text " ... please wait report is coming". If
  the user switch back to the original Business Console tab, then
  a red text will show: "Error while retrieving the ruleflows".
  The following exception is thrown in the server log:

Local fix

• Wait in the new tab until the report is loaded and do not switch
  to the Business Console tab or retry the report generation.

Problem conclusion

• Report generation when their is a ruleflow has been fixed.
  

Temporary fix

• Wait in the new tab until the report is loaded and do not switch
