APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A NullPointerException may thrown when doing a merge in
  Decision Center. This issue occurs when one of the rule
  involved in the merge does not contain a definition.
  

Local fix

• To workaround this issue, you can put definition to that rule,
  restore the previous version or delete it.
