Error description

• Using decision center installation wizard to create an SQL
  script to apply model extension changes to a repository based
  on DB2 on Z creates a DB2 LUW script that cannot be used
  directly.
  

Local fix

• Manually modify the script to include DB2 on Z specific
  requirements based on the script provided in the installation
  folder teamserver/database
