Local fix
Add the following index to the database CREATE UNIQUE INDEX "SCHEMA_NAME". MERGEDTLSOIDYPLCLBSLRMBSLIDX ON "SCHEMA_NAME"."MERGEDTLS" ( "ORIGINALID" ASC ,"TYPE" ASC ,"LOCALBSLN" ASC ,"REMOTEBSLN" ASC ) Replace SCHEMA_NAME with the name of your schema.
