Error description

• The Automatic Exception Handling documentation contains
  confusing sentences regarding the behavior in the action part
  and the explanation is also mixed with the Custom Exception
  handler behavior.
  
  The sentence Exception Handling is not
  supported in rule condition in Sequential and Fastpath is
  incorrect.
  

Local fix

• Read that the automatic exception handling only works on
  condition. That Custom Exception Handler will be used to handle
  the action part of the rule.
  
  Exception handling is fully
  supported in all tasks mode.
