APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When building a ruleset archive with the build command, if
  there is a query extractor that uses "is in package" and the
  packages are separated by dot instead of '/', the rules in the
  package are not included.
  

Local fix

• Replace the dot-separated package by '/' in the queries.
  Example use "com/test" instead of "com.test"
