Error description

• The selection of the target server for ruleApp deployment using
  REST API does not behave correctly :
  * even if no target sever
  is selected, the first one is picked up
  * if the list contains
  multiple servers but none are selected the first one is picked
  up while the deployment should be performed on all servers.
  *
  if you select multiple servers in the deployment configuration
  you get an exception:
  ilog.rules.teamserver.model.IlrInvalidElem
  entException: The same value was used at least twice for this
  unique multi-valued property dsm.DSDeploymentReport.servers
