APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You first delete the resource corresponding to the domain file ,
  then when you reload the same file as resources (same file name)
  you can't do it
  it says you can't use the same name to create an element that
  has already been deleted previously
  you get the following message "Cannot use name 'filename' for
  new element since there is already a deleted element with same
  name in the activity"
  
  But you don't have the same message when you perform the same
  actions with a simple resource file. So the user may not
  understand the difference of use of the resources.
  
  It may come from the fact that the path to the domain file is
  lost after deleting the file from the resource view. This defect
  causes the merge error in client case.
