Error description
Customer has reported that sometimes when opening a report XLS file, a new tab opens, loads for a period of time and the file is never received and an empty page is seen. It is unclear if the file is really large or if it would never complete.
Local fix
In decisioncenter.war/WEB-INF/classes/scenarioSuiteFormats/ similarly in teamserver.war for Entreprise Console edit each xml file: Excel2003.xml Excel2003Tabbed.xml Excel2007.xml Excel2007Tabbed.xml add the line <entry key="format.property.auto.size.columns">false</entry> modify the line with "format.properties" to add the property name "auto.size.columns" <entry key="format.properties">xxxxxx,auto.size.columns</entry>
