• When a client tries to interact remotely with RES management
  MBeans it may fail with the following error:

Local fix

• - Package in a new jar the following XML files from
  jrules-res-management-<APPSERVER>.ear/jrules-res-management.war/
  WEB-INF/lib/res-model-mbean-<VERSION>.jar :
  
  IlrJMXRepository.xml
  IlrJMXRepositorySecurity.xml
  IlrJMXRuleApp.xml
  IlrJMXRuleAppSecurity.xml
  IlrJMXRuleset.xml
  IlrJMXRulesetSecurity.xml
  
  - Put the new jar on the System classpath of the Application
  server hosting the RES console ( e.g. by adding to the CLASSPATH
  of the server JVM process)
