Error description

• On pop-up panel $UPLK, if search criteria entered for utility
  profiles that resulted in an empty result set - and PF3 is then
  pressed - error message BCT044W or DLC044W ("No profiles were
  found that match your selection criteria") is displayed in error
  A PF3 action should not warrant this message.
