Error description

• ABENDS80A IPIGMQMD when running the MONITOR ENQ/DEQ Trace.
  The abend occurs when IMSPA is processing a large number of
  records or when the regions size is small.
  
  Additional symptom fixed: Transaction Transit Log Report shows
  a start and end date of 01Jan1973 when the record count is
  zero and there are no output records to produce.
