    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: HPFP Reorganization tools unexpectedly *
    * gets RC=00 when the USR file for the *
    * area that is specified with OAREA do *
    * not be specified in the RELOAD JCL. *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
1.Reload process ends normally even if there is no USR
(Unloaded Segment Records) file records specified with OAREA
      parameter in HFPSYSIN.

2.The UNLOAD process with SDEP=PHYSICAL of the HPFP
Reorganization tools ends normally even though block type of
RAP and SDEP CI is not correct.
It looks that the process doesn't check these CI prefix.
For a DOVF CI, incorrect prefix of the CI is detected but
the detailed information of the HFPJ3107E message issued
      is not correct.

3.When the HPFP Reorganization tools tries to unload the area
which has no SDEP segment and SDEP=PHYSICAL is specified in
HFPSYSIN, the output USR file is not correct.

4.HFPUDIAG reports '*******' in APAR number and FIX-DATE fields
for FABC1TAL, HFPZDDT, HFPZTOT, and HFPZUSR macro parts.

Problem conclusion

  • 1.When there is no USR records for the area which is specified
with OAREA parameter in HFPSYSIN, following HFPL0007W message
      is issued.

HFPL0007W AREA WAS NOT RELOADED DUE TO NO USR RECORDS IN THE USR
FILE(S) OR SOME USR FILE PROBLEMS.
              - AREA NO: n, AREANAME: areaname

2.When the HPFP Reorganization tools finds incoorect CI prefix
in any CIs, the UNLOAD process is abended with expected
      message HFPJ3107E.

3.The object SDEP CI is not read when the RBA value of LE is
the RBA value plus 4 of LB, and USR files can be created
correctly for an area with such a SDEP segment.

4.The macro FABC1TAL, HFPZDDT, HFPZTOT and HFPZUSR have been
modified to be processed correctly by the HFPUDIAG program.

Explanation: The area name areaname did not contain any records
     for the reloaded areas.

System Action: The return code is set to 4 and processing
    continues.
