Error description

• When restoring tables with large amounts of data, users may
  encounter CSV028I s906-08 Abend that occurs in AUO#UTIL EXECSQL
  utility job step.
  
  NOTE:
  After applying this fix, users will need to add a REGION size to
  the restore JCL generated to avoid storage errors.
