Error description

• An empty report display results in an abend when a list of
  attribute bytes is passed to the service. This is an optional
  parameter which is mandatory when FORMAT MIX data is displayed,
  and a partial column is possible. A partial column happens when
  the MIN and MAX column sizes are not the same.
