Error description

• When attempting to update a PDS member to which you only have
  read access, the Fundi infastructure will abend after issuing
  the 913 message. A change is required to trap this abend and
  return an appropriate response to the calling routine.
  All storage obtained when a repository is opened is not being
  released when the repository is closed. Similarly, all storage
  obtained when a repository sequential read process is started
  is not being released when the sequential read is closed.

Problem conclusion

• The logic has been corrected to handle an abend when read
  access is only allowed. Storage is now released after
  opening Repository.
