Error description

• Ping in batch, using PGM=PING fails with message:
  EZZ3118I Command abend with abend code 0066D000,
    reason code 00000031
  .

  VERIFICATION STEPS:
  PGM=PING is used
  

Local fix

• Change the batch job to
  //EXEC   EXEC  PGM=IKJEFT01,PARM='PING hostname'

  executing in a batch environment with or without IKJEFT01.
  PING would only work correctly in an TSO interactive
  environment.
