PQ93550: MONITOR VSAM BUFFER POOL REPORT HAS INCORRECT DATA

Error description

• Monitor VSAM Buffer Pool report incorrectly reports
  DFSLOG4E field SL90V_NUIW as "Number of VSAM Reads
  from HIPERSPACE Buffers".
  The correct title is "VSAM Writes to make space in
  the Pool".
  The HIPERSPACE report data following SL90V_NUIW is also
  incorrect and "Number of PLH Waits" is not applicable.
  Problem is caused by incorrect IMS macro DFSLOG4E.
  DFSUTR20 correctly reports SL90V_NUIW because it does
  not use DFSLOG4E.
  The Monitor VSAM Buffer Pool report title for SL90V_NUIW
  will be corrected to "VSAM Writes to make space in the Pool".
