  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This apar fixes several problems.       *
  *                      1) on panel ps2,if the pointers refer   *
  *                      to several different target dg,the      *
  *                      >4g value may be wrong                  *
  *                      2) following a LC pointer in panel ps2  *
  *                      may end up at panel P02 with the wrong  *
  *                      db name                                 *
  *                      3) on panel ps9, the >4g may be wrong   *
  *                      4) on panel ps8, the >4g may be wrong   *
  *                      5) if dataset blocksize is odd, and     *
  *                      your segment is at an odd rba, you      *
  *                      may see >4g=Y on panels ps4,ps5,ps6     *
  *                      it should say >4g=N                     *
  *                      6) for dedb, following a valid odd      *
  *                      valued ptr on panel ps2 results in      *
  *                      z087                                    *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  1) if target dg has odd blocksize,
  then odd pointer should have >4g=N
  2) the bad db name in p02 may be an
  index db.
  3) if the dataset blocksize is odd,
  then >4g should be 'N'
  5) if dataset blocksize is odd, and
  your segment is at an odd rba, you
  may see >4g=Y on panels ps4,ps5,ps6
  it should say >4g=N
  6) should not get the z087, since
  fp segments can be on odd rbas
  

Problem conclusion

• On panel ps2, the >4g value will be
  blank for logical pointers, since
  the blocksize of the target dset is
  not known when ps2 is shown. also,
  >4g='' for the CTR row, because this
  is not a pointer.
