PQ92364: 0C4 ON REPAIR WITH NO KEYWORDS WHEN FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER UTILITY.ABEND0C4

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer enters REPAIR DIAGNOSE DATABASE dbname
  instead of      REPAIR DBD DIAGNOSE DATABASE dbname
  Job abends with 0C4 as DB2 parses it wrong.

    User accidentally specified the utility name REPAIR with
  no other keywords, followed by another utility in the same
  SYSIN, for example:
    REPAIR
    REPORT RECOVERY TABLESPACE....
  .
    Sometimes, an ABEND0C4 would result due to an incorrect
  number of parameters being passed between internal routines.
  

Problem conclusion

•   The abend has been eliminated.  This scenario will now
  receive
  msgDSNU051I - INSUFFICIENT OPERANDS FOR KEYWORD 'REPAIR'
  as expected.
