Error description

• AFTER applying UQ90156 the OUTPUT of an HPU UNLOAD may contain
  corrupted rows under the following conditions:
  - CREATE TABLE;
  - Insert data into table ('n' records);
  - ALTER TABLE...ADD COLUMN;
  - Insert of 'm' more records on the table;
  - UNLOAD with HPU.
  The UNLOAD will result in an output file with 'n' + 'm' number
  of records, but the 'm' rows may be corrupted.
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOM: 1) UNLOAD using ORDER BY clause may
                         UNLOAD rows in the wrong sequence.

Local fix

• CIRCUMVENTION: REORG the TABLESPACE after the ALTER TABLE ADD
  COLUMNs prevents the problem with the UNLOAD output file.

• IBAB and INZBAB were modified. A test process of the first
  column of the resulting table has been modified within
  function _inzbabOptimizeEtb.
