Error description

• This APAR fixes the following problems:
  -  ABEND0C1 in IZTRAN.
  -  Added the /EXIT and /VUNLOAD command to the list of commands
     that require authorization to process.
  -  Added a performance enhancement to the ETO SUPPORT table
     search routine.  This will reduce the CPU usage for users
     that have large tables.
  -  Added IMS contorl block display to IZTRAN'S translation
     table lookup scrren.
  -  Made the sending of the DFS3650I message to a User MFS Mod an
     option
  - Fixes a wait or hang when logging on to a terminal

Problem conclusion

• This APAR fixes the following problems:
